Experience a challenging and rewarding custom triathlon training program centered at the Hudson Valley's newest luxury property. Join HITS Triathlon Series Race Director Chuck Kreger for a week of personalized training and prepare for your next triathlon in style!

Be part of this very special fitness getaway and train with Chuck Kreger – USAT Certified Race Director for the popular HITS Triathlon Series. Kreger who is a Certified USAC Cycling Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, has owned two multisport coaching businesses, both of which enabled him to share his wealth of industry knowledge to athletes.

Full program packages include accommodations at the Diamond Mills Hotel for five days with two gourmet meals per day. Additional custom athletic programs available by request for family and friends not participating at the triathlon level.

Five days of personalized swim, bike and run training focused on individual goals

Swim and run technique with videotaped analysis

Cycling program designed to improve climbing, group etiquette and techniques

Classroom sessions at Diamond Mills Hotel, swim sessions at a premier local fitness center, bike and run sessions throughout the Catskill Mountains, including sections of the HITS Triathlon Series Hunter race course

Single Occupancy – $2,000 Per Person: Includes accomodations at Diamond Mills Hotel in a waterfall view room for five days/five night, two gourmet meals per day and full triathlon training session schedule.

Double Occupancy– $3,000 For Two People : Includes accomodation at Diamond Mills Hotel in a waterfall view room for five days/five nights, two gourmet meals per day for two people and full triathlon training session schedule for two people (alternative training programs available for non-triathlon level guests).
